When attempting any undertaking, you need to be absolutely clear up front what your goals are, or you will not know when you have accomplished the task. Is your goal to entirely switch from cigarettes to electronic cigarettes? Or, perhaps, are you using them as merely a bridge to quitting altogether? Being clear on your goals upfront will help you in the long run.
3) What are your expectations of electronic cigarettes? Are those expectations realistic? Do you think that electronic cigarette are going to be a magical item which will solve all of your problems, both physical and emotional? If so, that is unrealistic. However, if you think that electronic cigarettes are merely a tool in the fight to help you quit smoking, then that is a realistic expectation.
